Elita Gıda A.Ş., one of the Sunar Investment companies, was established in 2006 to process oilseeds grown in Turkey and to produce and sell high-quality, traceable vegetable oils. With an additional investment of 20 million dollars in 2012, it reached its current integrated production capacity.

With its ‘From Field to Table’ food safety-compliant production chain, Elita Gıda brings Sunar-branded corn, sunflower, safflower, and Omega-3 enriched oils to consumers; these products are preferred in cuisines worldwide, particularly in Turkish Cuisine.

In addition to retail products, sunflower, corn, and specialized oils for ‘çiğ köfte’ produced for industrial and out-of-home consumption are offered to food businesses and professional kitchens under the ‘Sunar Professional’ brand in 18-liter tin packaging.

One of Turkey’s Few Fully Integrated Vegetable Oil Facilities

Elita Gıda is one of the few fully integrated vegetable oil production facilities in Turkey, incorporating seed crushing, extraction, refining, and filling units within its structure. Oilseeds are sourced directly from farmers and transformed into the final product in accordance with the principle of traceability.

Its high-tech, automation-supported infrastructure minimizes human error at every stage of production while raising quality and hygiene standards to the highest level. In this regard, Elita Gıda is recognized as one of the most modern vegetable oil production facilities in Turkey.
