Its operations began in 1976 with the establishment of its flour production facility in Osmaniye. Founded to process wheat grown on the fertile lands of Çukurova, the facility was among the pioneering investments contributing to the industrial development of Osmaniye.
Starting its operations with flour production, Sunar Un ve Yem expanded its activities in 1997 by incorporating the Sunar Yem facility to meet the needs of the region’s growing livestock industry. Sunar Yem produces natural animal feed in powder and pellet form for cattle, sheep and goats, and poultry, covering different stages of animal development. Thanks to raw materials and ingredients sourced from other facilities within Sunar Investment, the company has the capacity to maintain consistent quality and formulation throughout the year.
With its modern production technologies and quality-focused approach, Sunar Un produces bread flour for bakeries, premium flour varieties for pastry shops and specialty bakeries, and retail-packaged flour for household use. Its production infrastructure is continuously improved in terms of efficiency and hygiene standards, allowing it to adapt rapidly to technological developments.
