Hacı Nuri Çomu Foundation for Education, Culture, Spiritual Values, and Mutual Aid

Hacı Nuri Çomu, the founder of Sunar Investment, regarded contributing to education, society and his country as one of the core values of his life, alongside his approach to production and entrepreneurship.

Established in Adana in 2017, the Hacı Nuri Çomu Foundation continues its work with the aim of carrying this vision forward to future generations. Through its activities spanning education, culture, social assistance and spiritual values, the Foundation seeks to contribute to the development of individuals and society.

Hacı Nuri Çomu’s approach, centered on people, society and the country, also guides the Foundation’s work. Through initiatives in various areas, particularly education and social support, the Foundation contributes to strengthening equal opportunities, supporting social solidarity and creating lasting value for society.

The values that guided Hacı Nuri Çomu throughout his life—working hard, producing and creating value for society—continue to live on through the Foundation’s activities today.

His speech upon receiving the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye Distinguished Service Award, presented by the President of the Republic of Türkiye, reflects his outlook on life:

Let us work and strive in peace to elevate this state and nation to the highest levels; Allah (cc) will help us. For that reason, insha’Allah, we will go even further. We will be worthy of becoming one of the world’s leading, number-one nations. That is my hope, insha’Allah.

To develop projects that contribute to social development and, by making effective use of available resources, carry out sustainable initiatives in education, scholarships, publications, social support, infrastructure and other areas of need.
