As Sunar Investment, we take it as a principle to implement sustainable and improvable social responsibility practices.

We commit to being respectful to people and the environment in all geographies where we currently operate or will operate in the future, and we plan and implement our activities to reduce our footprint in nature to zero.

We ensure and certify that Sunar Investment is in compliance with international standards in the fields of food safety, provision of appropriate hygiene conditions, and customer satisfaction.

We ensure that customer satisfaction levels, demands, and expectations are continuously measured and met, aiming to go beyond these demands and expectations with the principle of “unconditional and limitless customer satisfaction.”

We adopt honesty, reliability, and determination as our principles, and act with the awareness of: “Sell to both your domestic and international customers only the product you would want on your own table.”

We know that value, knowledge, and earnings that are not shared will ultimately not provide added value to the industrialist, and we set our ultimate goal as social development in every project.

We work to create happy stakeholders—from our suppliers to NGOs, and from our employees to our end customers—and ensure that all our stakeholders work in harmony with our corporate social responsibility policies.

We support our board of directors and all our employees to volunteer in social and community activities, particularly in the fields of health and education, in accordance with the company culture.

We believe that all our employees have the right to work in a healthy and safe environment, and we ensure occupational health and safety in all our working environments in line with our Health and Safety policy.

We believe in the efficiency of teamwork and ensure that people of all beliefs, thoughts, and opinions work in a harmonious environment by creating a positive workspace.

We believe in the importance of education and that it continues for a lifetime; we support all our employees in continuing their higher education.

We believe in the importance of sustainable agriculture and agriculture-based industry, and we conduct our activities with this vision. We primarily utilize agricultural products grown in our region and country, and we develop and implement projects for the development of our farmers.

Although we operate in sectors that contribute most to Turkey’s current account deficit, we commit to being a pioneer and supporter in creating and implementing projects aimed at closing Turkey’s current account deficit.

In lands we open for new use and in areas where we will establish operating facilities, we primarily inform the local people and show unconditional respect for the health, living conditions, and cultures of local communities. We plan and implement social responsibility projects that will increase the development levels and welfare of these local communities.

We commit that we will not make operational investments on any land other than those opened for operation/facility use by authorized institutions.
