Our companies’ “Disclosure Policy” aims to share information regarding our company’s past, current, and future expectations—excluding those of a trade secret nature—with all relevant parties in a clear, transparent, fair, timely, and complete manner, in accordance with the spirit of the information society concept and in compliance with corporate governance principles determined by legal legislation, primarily the TCC, through the corporate governance committee formed with the participation of professional staff.
